This catalogue lists two beard kits but processes no transactions. Returns, replacements and refunds are handled entirely by the retail partner that accepted payment for your order.
Every purchase runs through a retail partner with its own returns policy. This catalogue does not set those rules, manage customer accounts or issue shipping labels. You will need to start the return process through the account or receipt you used at checkout.
