This catalogue is maintained by an independent desk that reviews the contents of the two boxed kits. We answer notes about our text and corrections to the listings.
Write to us if you spot an error in our breakdown of either box. If a label changes, if the roller in the three-piece kit arrives with a different needle length than the listed 0.25 mm, or if the six-piece grooming set updates its wooden comb or bristle brush, we want to know. Notes on out-of-date descriptions or missing parts of our text are read here.
Orders, payments, and parcel tracking cannot be handled from this desk. We do not stock the inventory, we do not package the cartons, and we do not issue tracking numbers or process returns. Any message asking where a shipment is or requesting a replacement item must go directly to the merchant that processed your checkout.
Letters sent by post reach a reading desk only. The physical address listed below does not accept deliveries, freight, returned merchandise, or product samples. Any parcel sent to that location is turned away at the door without being opened.
